Terms of Service & Business Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

This Agreement is a legally binding contract between LeadClarify AI and the executing business entity. By signing or paying an invoice, you represent that you are an authorized agent acting with the legal capacity to bind your organization to these terms.

2. Scope of Services & Infrastructure Build

LeadClarify AI provides custom-engineered, voice-activated conversational AI infrastructure, conversational web applications, CRM webhooks, and multi-channel follow-up automations. Deliverables are defined explicitly within your generated client proposal or Stripe payment checkout interface.

3. Fees, Invoicing, and Financing Options

• Payment Terms: Setup fees and core structural build balances are due upon invoice receipt.
• Financing Channels: Commercial Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) options (including Affirm and Klarna Financing) are third-party lending tools. Clients choosing financing agree to fulfill their respective payment installment schedules directly with the financial underwriter. LeadClarify AI receives the total balance upfront to fund immediate infrastructure design.

4. 9-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand firmly behind the performance of our technology. We offer a 9-calendar-day money-back guarantee starting from your initial purchase timestamp.

• Execution: To receive a full refund of your setup fee, you must submit a written refund request to support@leadclarify.com before 11:59 PM on the 9th day following purchase.
• Exclusions: Any pass-through third-party operational costs incurred during the active 9-day setup phase—including but not limited to raw LLM token fees or cellular carrier telephone routing fees—are completely non-refundable and remain the client's responsibility.

5. Proprietary Intellectual Property Rights (IP Protection)

LeadClarify AI retains absolute ownership, copyright, and patent privileges over all core application code, underlying voice-coding logic, conversational prompt structures, software node architectures, and proprietary webapp systems developed.

• Restrictions: Upon cancellation or an enacted refund request, the client's access tokens are instantly revoked. The client explicitly agrees they shall not copy, clone, screenshot, reverse-engineer, or adapt any custom conversational logic or workflow blueprints designed by LeadClarify AI for use in independent external networks.

6. Limitation of Liability

LeadClarify AI engineers custom digital labor, but does not dictate the macroeconomic operations of your business. We are not liable for business revenue shortfalls, unexpected carrier cellular network drops, third-party API downtime, or direct conversational alterations generated by external AI modeling engines.
